The company was established in 1992 in order to carry out the specialized manufacturing of gratings. In the early days, the welding machine from USA specially designed for the grating was brought in and applied into production process; In 2005, the second welding machine equipped with Japanese hi-tech was brought the production in response to market expansion and business growth.
The manufacturing processes cover gratings, stair treads, steel ladders, handrails, fabricated steel and stainless steel. Some examples of their application include gratings for pedestrian or vehicle traffic, ceilings, sun production, mining conveyors, power stations and commercial and residential developments. This design saves not only weight, but also material cost and galvanizing cost. Savings are also made in the design of the supporting structure for the grating, as the product is so much lighter and stress is reduced.
The company's products implement the Chinese YB/T4001.1-2007 standard, and can also be produced according to the American ANSI/NAAMM (MBG531-88), British BS4592-1987, and Australian AS1657-1992 standards. In 1999, the company was the first in the industry to pass the international certification of the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) ISO9000 quality assurance system; in 2015, the company passed the European Union CE certification (CE) to meet the needs of the international market.
